I bridge the gap between technology and real-world business operations — from building IT systems to designing data-driven tools that actually get deployed. IT professional & developer with a hybrid business mindset.
I'm a recent IT & Computer Science graduate from Nile University (GPA 3.55, Biomedical Informatics major) who doesn't fit neatly into one box — and that's my advantage.
At Alessa Industries in Riyadh, I work in corporate IT support — troubleshooting systems, configuring Windows environments, and getting hands-on with ERP workflows. Meanwhile, at Anamill, I lead operations as Business Developer & Project Manager, where I built and deployed a live inventory tracking system used across 5+ retail outlets.
I'm drawn to problems that sit at the intersection of business operations and technology — where software doesn't just run, it actually solves something real.
Problem: Traditional minicab booking processes are often slow, manual, and lack real-time pricing or structured data management. Customers struggle with unclear pricing, limited vehicle options, and no streamlined booking experience.
A full-stack airport transfer booking platform that allows users to search vehicles, enter trip and passenger details, and complete bookings with automated email confirmation. The system is built using a REST API with Node.js and Express, a MySQL database managed through Sequelize ORM, and a responsive frontend built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Problem: A growing retail startup had no centralized way to track stock across 10+ outlets, leading to manual errors and zero operational visibility.
Designed and deployed a fully operational inventory and sales management system using Excel & Google Sheets. Implemented automated dashboards, pivot reports, and invoice generation — now actively used in a live business environment.
Problem: Emergency response units lack real-time intelligence to route to the nearest CT-ready hospital, costing critical minutes.
Graduation project awarded 100/100. Built a real-time mobile system using ML algorithms to route ambulances to the optimal CT-ready hospital. Integrated Firebase for live data sync across the mobile app and hospital backend.
Problem: First responders and patients in remote areas need quick, accessible burn severity assessment without a clinician.
Developed a Flutter mobile app that captures a wound photo, sends it to an ML classification API, and returns burn severity assessment (1st/2nd/3rd degree) with actionable guidance to the user.
Problem: Airline booking processes can become inefficient and error-prone without a centralized system for managing flights, reservations, and user authentication.
Developed a system that: Manages flight listings and schedules, Handles passenger reservations and booking records, Tracks seat availability dynamically, Organizes customer and booking data in a structured way.
Problem: Users often face difficulty when: Searching for the right medication online Getting quick answers to basic health or product questions Navigating complex pharmacy platforms
Full-stack web app for medication search, user inquiries, and order management. Includes user authentication, product recommendations, SQL relational database for inventory/orders, and a responsive frontend.
Problem: Users often face difficulty when: Speaking clearly and being understood by others Receiving timely feedback on their speech progress Accessing personalized exercises and resources
A system designed to detect Dysarthria (a speech disorder) by analyzing speech patterns using machine learning techniques. The system provides real-time feedback and personalized exercises to help users improve their speech clarity and confidence.
Problem: Healthcare data is often: Scattered across systems, Difficult to manage manually, Prone to errors in recording and retrieval.
A desktop application designed to manage and organize clinical and patient-related data in a structured and efficient way. The application provides healthcare professionals with tools to input, store, and analyze patient information, medical records, and clinical data to support informed decision-making and improve patient care.
Analyzed healthcare datasets, built reports, and gained practical exposure to data-driven decision making in clinical contexts.
Observed clinical information systems and medical data workflows used for patient management and hospital operations.
Gaining hands-on experience in building modern web applications using both frontend and backend technologies through real-world projects.
Published in the IEEE Access journal for the graduation project "Ambulance Routing Optimization".
Scored 100/100 in the graduation project evaluation.
